    CFO

    Omer Regev served as Chief Financial Officer at multiple companies and VCs and has extensive experience in finance, value creation, and driving towards exits.

    Prior roles include CFO of Gemini Ventures, which invested in unicorns such as JFROG, WalkMe, Moovit, and Weka.IO. In addition, Omer worked as CFO at Chegg Inc., NetManage Inc., PortAuthority Technologies, and Kapoor Networks. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance and a BA in Economics and Finance from Tel Aviv University.

    Sahar built GTM strategies that generated $300M+ in pipeline and personally closed more than $100 M in Total ACV across Fortune 500 accounts, including Technology, Banking & Financial Services, Luxury, Retail, Commerce, and other sectors.

    Director

    Former Chief Executive Officer and member of the board of directors at Cellebrite (CLBT Nasdaq), who was responsible for leading the company’s vision, strategy, and execution, and leading it from a small startup to a global technology leader in digital investigations that went public on Nasdaq in 2021.

    30 years of experience serving in roles across executive leadership, global sales, business development, and strategic consultancy.

    Prior to Cellebrite, held leadership positions at Siemens Israel Ltd., Elgad Com Group and in Bosch Germany, and previously served in the Israeli Ministry of Defense.

    Earned a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA from the Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich, Germany.

  • Rami Ben Efraim

    Director

    Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BNF Group, a technology holding company that develops and invests in ventures across cyber intelligence, AI, and defense. He is recognized for building companies that protect governments from weaponised AI. Under his leadership, BNF launched and scaled multiple companies including Planet Nine, Epos, BNF SG and Spring AI. 

    Rami previously served as Head of Government at Check Point, led strategic programs at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, and held senior command roles in the Israeli Air Force, retiring as Brigadier General.

    Earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Logistics from Bar-Ilan University and a Master’s degree in National Security from the University of Haifa, both with honors.

    Advisor

    Barbara Grewe is the CEO and founder of Glenwood Global Risk Management LLC. Previously she was a Senior Principal for International Strategy and Policy at the MITRE Corporation. She began working with the Government of Japan in 2017 when she supported NISC’s preparations for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. She has advised the Japanese government on cyber risk management, threat intelligence, cyber exercises, resilience, active cyber defense, and zero trust. Barbara also serves as a member of NICT’s international advisory committee. Barbara’s government experience includes serving a detail to the FBI as a Senior Director on its 9/11 Review Commission, as a Senior Counsel on the original 9/11 Commission, as a federal prosecutor in the U. S. Attorney’s Office in D.C., as an Investigative Counsel for the DOJ Inspector General, and as an Associate General Counsel at GAO. Prior to government service, Barbara worked at McKinsey & Company and as an attorney with Covington & Burling.  Barbara is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, Oxford University (Rhodes Scholar), and Wellesley College. She is currently a Better Futures Scholar at Cambridge University. Barbara is also a non-executive Director for Cellebrite Federal Solutions, Inc., and a co-host of the “Are We Safer Today?” podcast.

    Major General (Res.) Ami Shafran is a leading figure in Israel’s Cyber security, Data science, Defense and tech innovation landscape.

    Formerly Commander of IDF’s C4I command (Cyber Defense, command & control arm). and venture partner at Moneta Capital VC (Fintech and Insuretech).

    Ami serves as Chairman and Board Member at leading Israeli energy, space and cybersecurity companies, including Paz Group (TLV:PAZ), Elsight (ASX:ELS), Gilat Satellite Networks (NASDAQ:GILT) and chairman of the Executive Council at Ariel University and President of the Cyber Innovation Centre there.
